We are a food truck and caterer serving traditional American style barbecue in the Wellington Region.
Our brand of ‘BBQ’ is inspired by the many regional styles across the Southern states of USA. We use our own blend of rubs and sauces developed over many hours of testing and tasting to create our mouthwatering and amazingly tender meats, smoked with wood for a long time and served up with wholesome fresh sides.
Our aim is to deliver interesting and delicious barbecue food that leaves you with a great feeling.
